All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior branding, product descriptions, or adult-identifying content. The return address will not identify the package contents or our business name.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We ship to addresses within the United States. International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance for international shipments.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
