What will appear on my billing statement?
Your statement will show a discreet descriptor managed by our payment processor (CCBill) — not "BottomBinky". The charge will not identify the nature of your purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal wellness products that have been opened or used. Defective items or incorrect shipments will be replaced at no charge — contact us within 14 days of delivery.
